Dual 8”LF,1”HF 60° x60° x110° Asymmetrical Rotatable Horn (FR)

The AS-281 is an unique “solution oriented” Loudspeaker which bridges sound clarity and fidelity, and unparalleled pattern control with a venue aesthetic designed package that is simple to install. The AS-281 incorporates a rotatable asymmetrical design “high frequency” horn with coverage parameters of 60 degrees horizontal, 60 degrees upper vertical, and 110 degrees in the lower vertical. This exceptionally designed and crafted horn is coupled to a 1″ exit HF driver. The horn driver assembly delivers energy where it’s precisely required – to the audience. Two 8″ transducers matched to the high frequency horn/driver are mounted to the baffle – placing all devices in a similar wave pattern. An internal passive crossover has been engineered to effectively manage the system. The unit has a 16-gauge steel perforated grill, or an optional cloth on a wood frame grill. Mounting points are standard for an OAP ASMB-281 yoke style bracket or industry available rear mounting brackets.
